Fabricant Farms is finally a dream turned reality—built on family, hard work, and a love for the community. While we may not grow crops, we are proud to grow something even more meaningful… memories that will last a lifetime.

What’s Happening Now

We’re currently in the construction phase, preparing the property for everything to come. This includes a wide range of required upgrades to meet county and state regulations.

​

Every aspect of the project—traffic flow, drainage, landscaping, septic, and more—has been carefully planned and approved by the county. As part of this process, some trees are being removed while others are being preserved. All vegetation is being accounted for, and any trees removed will be replaced according to county-mandated environmental guidelines.

We understand that seeing trees come down can be tough, and we truly appreciate your patience during this phase. Rest assured, the finished product will be thoughtfully designed, beautifully landscaped, and something our entire community can enjoy.

Project Improvements & Upgrades

To bring Fabricant Farms up to full state and county code, we are implementing several major improvements, including:

• Engineered dry retention basins with a fully connected underground drainage system.

• Proper overflow and water management solutions.

• A new, state-of-the-art septic system featuring the largest leach field in Palm Beach County!

• A new commercial-grade well with full reverse osmosis treatment system.

• Expanded, lighted parking areas.

• A covered outdoor deck with more restroom facilities.

• Outdoor stage.

Once we open, Fabricant Farms will be a vibrant, welcoming space for all ages. Plans include:
